Every box contains insulated box liner and ice pack will be added into box to keep it cold as long as possible. Customer is responsible to place the sausages in freezer once receive it.
Shipped Product may be received completely thawed, however, cured meat and vacuumed package can keep sausage safe in room temperature for couple days.
Ground Shipping may ship by USPS priority mail or UPS Ground service, whcih includes economic insulated box liner and 1 or more ice pack(s); UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping ship by UPS which includes deluxe insulated box liner and 2 or more ice packs.
All completed order will be shipped at the first or second working days of the week to avoid weekend delay.
Wrong or missing Item
Please contact us within 7 business days after package has been delivered.
Quality Issues
Quality issues such as visible mold on product must be reported within 14 days after product has been delivered. Please email supporting pictures of your claim to admin@TaiwaneseSausages.com. Item will either be exchanged or refunded upon customer request.
General Returns
Returns or exchanges will be accepted on unopened product within 14 days after delivery. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
