Each order is packed with an insulated liner and ice packs to help keep products cold during transit. Please refrigerate or freeze your sausages immediately upon delivery.
If Your Package Arrives Cool or Partially Thawed
Ice packs may melt during shipping, and products may arrive cool or partially thawed, especially in warm weather. This can happen with insulated shipping and is typically normal. Refrigerate immediately and freeze upon receipt.
If Your Package Arrives Warm or Damaged
If your package arrives hot or the vacuum seal/packaging is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of:
the outer box
the insulated liner/ice packs
the product packaging

Ground Shipping: standard insulated liner + 1 or more ice packs
UPS 2nd Day Air: upgraded insulated liner + 2 or more ice packs for longer cold retention
Weekly Shipping Schedule
To reduce the risk of weekend delays, orders ship Mondays only, and only during weeks without a U.S. federal holiday. If Monday is affected by a federal holiday or carrier closure, your order will ship the next available Monday.
Wrong or missing Item
Please contact us within 7 business days after package has been delivered.
Quality Issues
Quality issues such as visible mold on product must be reported within 14 days after product has been delivered. Please email supporting pictures of your claim to admin@TaiwaneseSausages.com. Item will either be exchanged or refunded upon customer request.
General Returns
Returns or exchanges will be accepted on unopened product within 14 days after delivery. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
